Basil Cove - No Refund or Return Policy

At Basil Cove, we take great pride in our high-quality stationery and merchandise. As all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been processed. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom and Print-on-Demand Products

All items sold on our website are made-to-order. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement. Please provide clear images of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process. Damaged or defective items must be reported before any resolution can be processed.

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our production team for printing and fulfillment. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once it has been processed.

4. Incorrect Information

Please double-check all order details, including personalization, design, and shipping information before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for any errors made during the ordering process, and we cannot accept returns or refunds for orders placed with incorrect information.

5. Shipping Issues

While we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery, Basil Cove is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you experience issues with shipping, please contact the relevant carrier for assistance.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. If you have concerns about sizing or design, please consult our size charts and product descriptions before placing your order.
